Brad,

Actually, this is not a bad thing in our shop. There are spooled files that
some users shouldn't see so changing them isn't a big deal. It's just a
pain to do it in Ops Nav. It's slow and klunky. Typical bloated IBM
software written for the Windows Platform. (sorry for the small rant). I'm
using this 'feature' to try to hone my chops with CGIDEV2.

Hi, Mark.

I've had other users of SPLTOOL with similar concerns.  The
best advice I can give is right after the SPLTOOL command
is run to create the PDF, use the CHGAUT parameter to
change the authorties to the file to exactly how you like
it.
