Hmmm.  I know I've read about pickles on the iSeriesPython site, so I'm
pretty sure they've got all that sorted out.  So the issue is piping a
message.  But piping is a basic function of the operating system, so
what's really necessary?  How much of sendmail is really needed?

(BTW, Gumbo claims to have a commercial port of sendmail for $500 for
P05/P10, which isn't too bad.)
