I was given a great answer to this on easy400 groups @ yahoo.com... from
Steve Landess if my memory is correct...

        
But this is what I use from his suggestions...

I have a CL program:

PGM

DCL VAR(&JOB) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10)

RTVJOBA JOB(&JOB)

 

            IF         COND(&JOB *EQ 'CGINEW') THEN(CHGLIBL +

                         LIBL(QTEMP MMCUST120 PMDBFA ICDBFA JPDBFA +

                         CADBFA PLDBFA GLDBFA CUSTOM TIMEDATA +

                         CGINEW AM2000 PM2000 CA2000 JP2000 GL2000))

TFRCTL PGM(QCMD)

CGINEW is the name of the http server instance...

That way if you have multiplie instance, this cl will give each instance
it's own libray list...

I call this CL (HTTPLIBL)

And you run it from your routing entry for the   QHHTPSVR
