I was given a great answer to this on easy400 groups @ yahoo.com... from
Steve Landess if my memory is correct...

But this is what I use from his suggestions...

I have a CL program:

PGM

DCL VAR(&JOB) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10)

RTVJOBA JOB(&JOB)

            IF COND(&JOB *EQ 'CGINEW') THEN(CHGLIBL +

                         LIBL(QTEMP MMCUST120 PMDBFA ICDBFA JPDBFA +

CADBFA PLDBFA GLDBFA CUSTOM TIMEDATA +

                         CGINEW AM2000 PM2000 CA2000 JP2000 GL2000))

          .... more if's here....

TFRCTL PGM(QCMD)

ENDPGM

--------------------------------
CGINEW is the name of the http server instance...

That way if you have multiplie instance, this cl will give each instance
it's own libray list...

I call this CL (HTTPLIBL)
-------------------------------------------------------
And you run it from your routing entry for the QHHTPSVR

                            Display Routing Entries

                                                             System:
EVCLFIN
 Subsystem description: QHTTPSVR Status: ACTIVE

 Type options, press Enter.

Start
Opt Seq Nbr Program Library Compare Value
Pos
            5 HTTPLIBL CGINEW 'HTTPWWW'

           10 QCMD QSYS 'HTTPWWW'
