WebSphere Development Studio for iSeries (5722WDS) basically contains
all the compilers (RPG, COBOL, C, and so on) for the iSeries, as well as
SEU/PDM, the green screen source editing tools.

WDSC is the Eclipse-based thick-client IDE that runs on Windows and
talks to the compiler.  In addition to a number of tools designed to
make it easier to edit, compile and debug traditional iSeries programs
(i.e., RPG and COBOL), WDSC includes a very powerful set of web
application development tools, ranging from basic web site design to
complete J2EE application development, including an embedded test
environment that allows you to set breakpoints inside servlets and JSPs.

WDSC comes as a set of disks separate from any of your standard iSeries
disks.

WebSphere Host Publisher is one of the many modernization tools from
IBM.  Host Publisher no longer exists as a separate entity; its
functionality has been included in WebSphere Host Access Transformation
Services, or HATS.  HATS is basically a screen scraper technology.
