Not sure what you're asking for here.  Opening the pop-up window won't
work for you?  Do you want the browser to open up without toolbars
when the user starts it?  The only way I know of to do that is to run
the browser in kiosk mode
(http://www.g4tv.com/techtvvault/features/34389/Windows_Tip_Kiosk_Mode_for_IE.html),
but you have to create a shortcut for the user.

I suppose you could use javascript to open a pop-up window, then close
the original window (and you could probably do this in the onload
event of the body tag).  Not sure why you want to do this.  You're
probably going to anger some users.
