Yes I was using METHOD="GET" so that I could verify that the HTML was in
fact sending data.

Here is the html as used
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>This is a test</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<FORM ACTION="http://192.168.0.200/cgi-bin/app4"; METHOD="GET">
<INPUT TYPE="text" NAME="LAST">
<INPUT TYPE="SUBMIT">
</FORM>
</BODY>
</HTML>

I tried this afternoon to look at the examples but I am getting a cannot
locate server error when trying to access the link.

Douglas,

If the cgiInit() routine returns zero, it means no data is retrieved
from web page, which may indicate something wrong with your <FORM> tag.
Can you post the entire HTML page so we can see what you have? If I
remember right, you use METHOD="GET", right? Also, did you compare what
you have to the examples on www.rpgiv.com/apps
