Paul - If the domain that you are using is comconadvisor.com, then you
need to contact domaindirect.com since they are running the DNS
servers for that domain. They appear to be a reseller for the
registrar Tucows.com.

domaindirect should provide a method for you to create a "A" record or
"CNAME" record for the host name.  Depending on the ISP, the method
may be calling them on the phone and asking them to do it.
