If you "no longer use that method" then why is it a problem?  :-)

You could OMIT the items in question.
You could ENDTCPSVR *SMTP,   and ENDMSF prior to the save and start them 
back up after.
You could use the "command exit point" to trap SNDDST and process 
accordingly.  We use that exit point to change SNDDST to SNDEMAIL.
You could simply rename, or secure, SNDDST to encourage the use of an 
alternative method.
