The form prompts for attendees, but I fail to see where it would put them 
in the body of the email.  I wonder if it was only half done.  Or, since I 
am a novice on html, is it because I am using a Notes client for email? Is 
constructing body on mailto: non standard and just not done?

If I had scads of time I suppose I would prompt the company name from a 
database, if not there, peddle a membership.  And then store the responses 
in a database or something.  But that's for a later date...
