CGI jobs are single threaded (the Original server had an option for
multithreaded CGI jobs but I don't think that carried over to the Apache
based server). On the other hand, Java is multithreaded so each thread
will get the same job information.

I may not have a good understanding of the iSeries Web Server, but I
assume that the jobs in the server are _not_ single threaded. I would
assume that each job can be servicing multiple clients at the same time.
If so, even a distinct job name won't get you what you need since you
can have multiple request in a single job. You need something along the
session cookie concept I would think.
