Mike, your right on that one. I have yet to see a programmer do a good a
really good User Interface.
Not so much of a problem with Green Screen or Thick Client, but with the
browser, a bad UI can ruin the perception of the app. Companies may need  to
bite the bullet and get UI specialists in, and for client facing stuff, its
pretty much mandatory!
