Did you restart the HTTP server after installing the new certificate? If not,
try that first. Certificates are only loaded when the server starts up.

Subject: [WEB400] SSL/Certificate/Something Error

maybe...I am new at this (and the new employer, so y'all can help me wow
them ;)

everything was fine, new cert was installed 5/25 and there were some valid
CC transactions after that date but now (since ?????) getting below in
/home/httplogs/errorlog.Q106060100

[error] ZSRV_MSG0216: Error occurred during SSL processing, error =
406.
[error] ZSRV_MSG0252: SSL initialization operation failed, return code error
= 3426.

I have not a clue where to start, searched archives, etc.

According to web guy, the same cert is used for other things and works
fine ,the only part that "appears" to be failing is the CC authorization,
other than checking with the CC Authorization company tomorrow where else
should I look

I guess I deserve it, one of the reasons I took this position was to GET web
experience
