You have to specify https in the URL and/or setup redirects for the
pages that need to run over SSL.

How do I switch from the unsecured session running in
port 80 to a secured session running in port 443?

You need to load 5722AC2 or 5722AC3 (Cryptographic
Access Providers) and
5722SS1 option 34 (Digital Certificate Manager)
first. Once that's done,
you'll need to create a certificate and assign it to
your HTTP server
(look at the documentation for Digital Certificate
Manager). You'll also
need to change your HTTP server configuration so it
uses virtual hosts.
You'll have one for traffic on port 80 and another
for traffic on port
443 (the SSL directives need to be put into this
virtual host).

Guys,

I am developing a website and all I need is couple
of
SSL secured pages to accept credit card#s?

What is the easiest way to implemet this? Can any of
you point me in right direction? I have a basic 170
box V5R2.

I have the rest of the website almost ready, I need
to
be able to link to couple of secured pages and
accept
credit card#s.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thnx
SAP
