Shannon, Don't use the version of Tomcat IBM provides. It's a very old version and has had some functionality removed from it so that WebSphere looks better. A newer version of the Apache web site is a better bet. Someone here (not me) installed a version of Tomcat awhile back, before I got here, that they must have downloaded from the web. It uses the startup.sh scripts to run the CATALINA.bat startup procedure. Just like we all used to do when we had to do it all manually, before IBM was nice enough to include Tomcat with HTTP Server. That existing TOMCAT server is currently being used for some production stuff and I don't really want to touch it. Instead, I would like to simply create a new TOMCAT server using the HTTP Admin pages. As long as they are not running on the same port, there shouldn't be a problem running both versions of Tomcat, should there? Thanks in advance, Shannon O'Donnell
