Thanks Matt. This got it fixed but we had to copy the ADMIN member from
"A" to "C" to get it to start.

-apache -d /QIBM/UserData/HTTPA/admin -f
/QIBM/ProdData/HTTPA/admin/conf/admin-ibm.conf

QATMHINSTC is just for instances you create (and the default
instance).

the member in QATMHINSTC was missing. Could someone send me what they
have in their file? It looks to be just a pointer to a directory in

IFS where the conf file exists. I think it should ne
/USerdata/HTTPA/admin but want to confirm that
