I've got a situation whereas I think a proxy server is causing some
performance problems with our browsers. On occasion I get problems with
internal and external servers not responding well on a machine with a
proxy enabled. As soon as I get the problem I will connect via a
non-proxy machine and connect immediately. I know it's not robust
problem determination but I'm wondering if there is a way for me to
measure and track performance to a web site and if there is a way to
some how break the components down. I use Servers Alive to test a lot
of servers as far as up time but I have little or no experience with
measuring data from the client. As soon as I get to V5R4 on this
machine I will be able to get some WAS performance metrics from the
server but that still leaves the client to server alone......

Arrogance
The best leaders inspire by example. When that's not an option, brute
intimidation works pretty well, too.
