We have a few C/A installs (may 20% max), but all others are Mochasoft.

I have a vague recollection that Mochasoft supports url hotspots on the
screen, but I can't find any reference to that effect. Short of that,
you'll need support for some sort of remote-command functionality to
start the browser session on the remote hosts. Client-access has a
remote-command component, but then you'd have to have client-access
installed. There are 3rd party remote-command clients available, or you
could roll your own... Something to sit in the notification-tray and
just launch inbound urls.
