If you have visual studio installed you should have the MSDN
documentation installed as well. That's the first place to start looking
for information. Just open Visual Studio and go to the Help menu. You
can search or go through the contents.
I would try searching for 'IsNull' to find info about how null values
are handled and 'Date' to find information about the Date Data Type.
There are a lot of examples.
You might find some good examples by using Google as well.

Subject: [WEB400] sample code in vb using the IBM.DB2.UDB for iSeries
.NETprovider

I've started coding in VB using the .net provider and visual studio and
sure could use some examples to cut thru some of the
frustration...especially with formatting dates, and working with null
values...anything would be appreciated, the simpler the code the
better...Thanks in advance!
