Got it to work by not using the Toolkit_Classes.php that came with the
Zend IDE. Haven't gotten it to work using the toolkit.

In the forum post you say what you received - but not what you were
expecting! Also I don't see anywhere where you load the parms before
the call - i.e. there is no $prog->__set('Parm2', ... or are you just
expecting the subproc to fill them in?
I'm confused as to what you expect to happen.
