I wrote an application a while back that converted an AS/400 query to RPG
CGI program, which means you basically write a query, then run this
conversion and walla, you have an RPG CGI program that you can tweak or do
what you will with.

It's been a few years since I've used it, and judging by some of the SQL
statements I've seen people using it may not be tested for that amount of
information. :)

I've found that I can do a pretty good job by rolling my own using a
little bit of Net.data.
That means it's free and you can give it just the features you want.
