Matt,

OK, I downloaded FF2. Unfortunately, FF wants to open the image in a
program outside of FF, so I cannot view the page info.

In IE, I have it set to use AlternaTiff as the viewer w/in IE. I will see
if I can make FF behave this way.

Over the past few days, I have seen mention of using Fiddler to analyze web
pages. I downloaded Fiddler this morning and am experimenting with it now.
Nothing has jumped out at me yet.......

I understand what you are saying about anything starting with http://
.......However, I simply do not see anything. The page that contains the
image does not have any links at all.....only the header and streamed image.
There has to be something I am missing!

Thanks again,

Joe

Joe,

Do you have FireFox 2 installed? If so, right click on the page with
this error and choose "View Page Info". The Links and Media tabs will
show you the full URL of images, style sheets, etc... that your page is
using. Anything that starts with "http://"; will cause the problem you are

seeing.

Matt,

Thanks for correcting this......this one was a cut and paste error on my
part when making the post. However, I did change the production code to
lower case (just in case it is case sensitive), but that had no
effect.....

More to follow....

Thanks,

Joe

You are writing bad HTTP headers in the code shown below. The corrected
code for the header is:

c eval buffer_add = 'content-type: image/tiff'
c +new_line
c +new_line

Is the image being served up from the same server that the page is
being
displayed from?

Yes, it is. The image comes from the IFS. Here is the code -

c eval buffer_add = 'Content-Type: image/tiff'
c +'Content-Type: image/tiff'
c +new_line
c +new_line

c eval buffer = buffer + buffer_add

c dou Read(fd_in: %addr(char): 1) < 1
c 69 eval buffer_add = char
c n69 eval buffer_add = %trimr(char)
c n69 eval *in69=*on
c if %len(buffer_add + buffer) > buffer_max
c exsr QTMH_STD_OUT
c eval buffer = buffer_add
c else
c eval buffer = buffer + buffer_add
c endif

c enddo

I Googled some more and found a reference that said to use
"Accept-ranges:bytes" in the header. I tried that and the result is the
same.

Thanks,

Joe
