Did you try KompoZer Nathan?
Yes. Kompozer was the first editor I downloaded. It had quite a few favorable reviews and I was looking forward to trying it. Kompozer was okay, but I liked Screem more because of its code-prompting and code-complete.
Kompozer seemed fine for occasional HTML editing. One thing that annoyed me about the WYSYWYG interface was that it automatically inserted HTML tag attributes that I thought would have been better placed in a style sheet. I prefer tools that don't generate much code. That was one of the first things that favorably impressed me about Dreamweaver; over FrontPage.
Nathan.
