You can do some really funky stuff w/javascript, but do you need a
signature "image". Check out the Electronic Signatures in Global and
National Commerce Act passed several years ago. Basically, an esigned
doc is just as legally binding as a pen-signed one. Or, IIRC, you can't
discount the signing just because it's electronic. And "sign" doesn't
have to man a squiggle, just an act to affirm you're signature.
