IE users who haven't bothered to upgrade from v6 to v7.
Do they really care about their browser, or do they just use
what's in the box?

Lot's of users can't upgrade to IE7 (have to be XP SP2 or later) and as
such, many devs keep IE at version 6 so they can have a test
environment. I know we have several devs here we've purposely kept back
at IE6 for testing. Since FF is our default browser anyway it's not a
big deal for them. And those of us running Vista have no choice, so it's
the XP users we pick on. :)
