I'm not a Zend on i expert (I'm not even a newbie) but any document that
tells me that adjusting the QPWRRSTIPL system value (controls what
happens if the system ends when utility power is interrupted and then
restored at a later time) will somehow effect performance of a running
application has to be viewed as being somewhat suspect.
