Maybe so. Just for the record. I don't love Windows either. It's just
currently a necessary evil to run .Net apps :-)

And of course MS Outlook :-)

Once I get a handle on how good MONO is, that may be the platform of
choice for .Net web apps and services. Too soon to tell.
Mono is not a drop-in replacement for .NET, and you have the threat of Microsoft using the patent-club.

What might be very interesting would be if Mono could be run in PASE, but apparently the Mono developers do not have access to AIX :(
