I visited their site, and it struck me that it's a very good case for CAPTCHA. High volume public site, where users wouldn't want to be forced to register & authenticate on one hand, but on the other hand wouldn't want automated bots gobbling up all the seats for events; putting the average event patron at a disadvantage.

It also struck me that they use a high degree of distortion in their image and audio files. I imagine they've had problems with bots.
