To add to Matt's suggestion, and if you don't know where those jobs are at,
here is a quick command to see them in WRKACTJOB:

WRKACTJOB SBS(QHTTPSVR)

I never had the subsystem parm on there until I started working with clients
that had hundreds (thousands?) of active users and I just plain ol got sick
of paging down :-)
