Pat,

Just as a point of clarification, this "newly extended" relationship is
all about bringing together the best of both worlds. It introduces Open
Source on the IBM with a safety net. Please keep in mind that the
version of PHP on the IBM is the Zend Hardened version. No compiling of
binaries required! Just as if you were running Java or RPG, pal. It's
in there!

Please let us know if we can help in any way. I love this forum!

Regards,

Mike

Thanks... I'll start looking..

I have been stalling around on any web stuff till somebody at
IBM decided where they might be going.

The lack of tools on the machine has been sort of amazing.

I looked at Websphere and decided that wasn't a direction
I wanted to go.

Open source has never been a favorite of mine but that's the
way the world works now I guess, so I'll take a peek at what
this PHP thing means.
