Personally I would advocate that all XSLT transformations are carried out on
the server. Lets for the sake of argument say that you speak Spanish and I
speak English. I would rather receive a reply from you in English, as
opposed to a reply in Spanish (with a Spanish to English translation
dictionary attached).

Furthermore, supposing we are speaking machine to machine, how much
programming would I have to do to load and process your Spanish to English
dictionary?

It is probably nice (from an IT perspective) to be in control of the
transformations instead of pushing them out to be processed elsewhere.

Just some thoughts..
