Does QTMHHTP1 have at least *USE authority to the library and your CGI programs? You can also start the server up with option -vv (two lowercase V's) which will cause it to print a trace log that you can look through to see if there are other problems.

Subject: [WEB400] HTTP Configuration Error

We re-installed the V5R2 and we can't remember out HTTP DEFAULT
configuration correctly.

We have an internal web site. This site works. But some links have cgi
programs and this programs don't run.

Error is "Error 500 . Access denied. Bad path."

All programs are in the /web directory. Also Cgi programs ara in the CGIBIN
library. QTMHHTP1 has *all authority to CGIBIN library and the programs.

Please help me waht is the problem. I think exec, pass, map directives are
not true.

Our HTTP DEFALUT configuration is like below :

Enable GET

Enable HEAD

Enable POST

Map /CGI-BIN/LUNCH /QSYS.LIB/CGIBIN.LIB/LUNCH.PGM

Map /cgi-bin/lunch /qsys.lib/cgibin.lib/lunch.pgm

Exec /CGI-BIN/* /QSYS.LIB/CGIBIN.LIB/*

Exec /cgi-bin/* /qsys.lib/cgibin.lib/*

Pass /CGI-BIN/* /QSYS.LIB/CGIBIN.LIB/*

Pass /cgi-bin/* /qsys.lib/cgibin.lib/*

PASS /* /web/*
