That looks like MS Office Web Apps, the web-based version of MS Office.  I
believe it is scheduled to be released in 2010.  Apparently there is a
workaround to preview it with MS Skydrive.

That's a screen shot from the presentation.  They introduced it as a
Microsoft application.  People laughed.  Did I miss something?
