I don't know that you are missing anything. Ask the developer if a page
created in PHP that accesses a server database is a dynamic page. If so,
then a page created with CGIDEV2 should be considered dynamic.

A static web page is where the information on the web page is

Ok, so with CGIDEV2 I'd say that one can generate dynamic pages. A Java
developper is telling me that a dynamic site is not possible with CGIDEV2.
What am I missing?
