For me the URL is http://xxxx.com:10088/ZendServer/ - that will ask you to sign on as the Admin and you'll find the config settings there. I can't be more detailed because my experience in this area was with Zend Platform and the settings are very different. But caching does appear to be on by default - can't see any way to get the granularity the old Platform stuff did - But Mike will be able to tell you more.

Did you try it with a renamed copy of the script?
