It's in the licensing. If you don't put in a license key, you have CE. If
you buy a license key, you have the paid option. the differences between 5.2
and 5.3 may not be important to you...I went with 5.2...IIRC 5.3 is a
different code branch. Don't remember all the details, but I did this a few
weeks ago and PHP is working well for me.
