I am wondering if you can tell us what you are trying to accomplish so we
can give better feedback.  There are lots of ways to accomplish what you are
asking, but we need context as to whether this is a browser app, an XML web
service, etc.

If you are looking to do web services then you might want to take a look at
RPG-XML Suite (www.rpg-xml.com) as that has a new feature in the latest
release called the "RPG-XML Suite Router".  The routers purpose is to
receive in all requests, and based on an identifier on the URL it will do a
lookup in a config table to determine what user and library list should be
put in place before the corresponding program is called.  This approach
cleans up coding, tightens security, and makes it easier to configure
separate environments for different purposes.
