MySQL is a separate product. Zend includes the MySQL product as part of the Zend Server installation process. Or you can go to the MySQL site and download it from there: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/#downloads

Select IBM i5/OS as the option from the drop down list.

Is MySQL on the i a separate licensed program or is it part of another one?
I need to get it installed and the licensed program stuff is outside my
realm.
