The error indicates that it can't load libxml2. If you're not familiar
with Unix terminology, when they say "library", they are referring to
what we (in the IBM i community) refer to as a "service program". Or
Windows people call a DLL.

Specifically, libxml2.a is an archive (that's the .a) that contains
libxml2.so.2 (a shared object... or a "service program" to us.)

Libxml2 is a toolkit that programs use to parse XML. It's not normally
included with PASE on IBM i, but it is included with some of Zend's
stuff. I've also got it up for download on my web site as a dependency
for ImageMagick http://www.scottklement.com/imagemagick/

Not sure why Lansa would require it without installing it (or at least
telling you that it's required and giving you installation
instructions). I would contact them for help.
