I don't know what to say about prompting for system, user, and password because
you haven't explained the context. All that come to mind is, yes you can prompt
for any values.
Regarding auto-complete, again you haven't explained the context, but I'll
assume you're referring to an input element similar to Google's search prompt,
as opposed to a browser's form element auto-complete behavior. Is that correct?
I haven't implemented any UI components that combine an input element with a
type of list element, like Google's. I bet you can find a free .js toolkit that
includes that type of widget. Or you could write your own. That would take some
work to monitor for key press events and send a request to the server to refresh
your list. I wouldn't know how to optimize that in PHP to get decent
performance.

Subject: [WEB400] PHP/AJAX/Autocomplete ?
Is anyone doing any client side PHP/AJAX coding, I am just starting to get
into this and have some questions.
Outside of hard coding the system, user and password are there alternatives
that would allow these to be prompted??
Does anyone have a working example of using autocomplete with a 1 item form.
