Hi Mike,

I thought that might eventually get your attention :)

I am being told that 3 emails were sent to support@zend .com, since 12/29. No reposnse. Also a forum post was opened. Apparently no support ticket was opened though.

Let me contact you offline, and we can talk :)

Thanks,

Crispin.

Hmmmm. Who did you contact at Zend? I have been called MANY things in this forum and elsewhere. But "silent" is rarely one of them :-)

You basically have 2 avenues you can go down when looking to "talk to Zend" regarding IBM i - Me and the support line.

Have you opened a support ticket? Let's talk!

Zend Server is the direction we are patching today and I would strongly recommend you consider moving there if you have not already considered it.

Regards,

Mike
