For the ambitious, the default example provided in ZF is the Guestbook and that can be "tweaked" to do phone directory.

You should be able to download any of the MySQL based "free" phone books
out there.(I found a ton of them)
Then with a little work you could change all the MySQL statement to their
db2 equivalent.
Or if you wanted you could fire up MySQL on the i and use the IBMDB2i
storage engine to store the data in a library/file.
That way you would not have to muck around converting the MySQL syntax.
