I'm not sure I've seen any listed yet Nathan. Often additional facilities like the ones you listed are provided as cook-books or plug-ins. For example the wiki system we use for simple work (pmwiki) has two or three bread crumb options. I'm sure that Wordpress, Joomla, etc. must have the same.
While I agree with Scott that we should always strive to improve I would be somewhat surprised if, as a big Open Source proponent, he would suggest that reinventing the CMS wheel was within the scope of what he was suggesting.
