I hand-code most of my HTML now with very little drag and drop items in
Visual Studio. VS does a decent job of generating code these days.

Beware of HTML code generated by these types of tools. It can be really
ugly. I don't have any experience with this one but that's been my
experience with others. You also don't learn much by dragging/dropping and
pointing/clicking.

If your goal is to put something up quickly then a tool can help. If you
want to learn and maintain it then an editor (vs. a generator) is the way
to go.

Consider a tool.
