I can't remember off the top of my head, but it might have an escape
attribute. <h:message for="id" value="#{form.message}" escape="false" />

Of course you would have to escape any other invalid characters coming in.
If that attribute does not exist, I don't think it will work. Maybe just
rethink the format and the add the link at the end or something.
<h:message for="id" value="#{form.message}" /> <h:outputLink rendered="#{not
empty form.message}" value="mailto:
#{form.email}">#{form.email}</h:outputLink>
