Take a look at PhoneGap Build - http://build.phonegap.com. It doesn't require that *you* have a Mac. Just generate the signing keys on a Mac (once) and upload them and the build process takes cares of the rest. If you have some odd friend who actually owns a Mac ;-) you can use it to generate the key and be done with it.
