We applied SI42158 in October and had no issues. I guess in general we
were wondering if anyone had more details on SI45440 and SI42158 that could
give us insight into whether we should be concerned or not.

We don't have SI45440 loaded. We applied SI42158 back in September and I
don't recall any issues. Of course, we weren't having any problems to
start with, so those special instructions might not have applied in our
case.

Not much help I know.
