Interestingly, I was first trying to get the HTML from the IFS. I ran
into permission issues which I was never able to track down so I
switched back to using a file member. The Apache log indicated
"premature end of script" and the CGIDEBUG had the permissions error.
When I switched to the file/member approach, I still had the premature
end of script error in the Apache logs but the permissions error went
away. I eventually found the *real* error in the QEZJOBLOG out queue.
After I fixed that, I had more intelligible errors in the CGIDEBUG
file. But moving from Apache logs, to CGIDEBUG to QEZJOBLOG to track
down errors is a pain and slowed me down in finding the errors.

A lot of times you can find information in the CGIDEBUG file located in CGIDEV2 library (well it is for me, depends on where you compiled your stuff).
