Vern,
I have done just a few applications done with CGIDEV2, so I'm not very sure
what would be the minimum requirements to distribute an app . One thing
that comes to mind, though, it is that when you install CGIDEV2 it creates
and modifies the Apache config files, so maybe that is something you
should be aware when installing your apps in different systems.
