No there is no passport advantage access when you use the Web
Enablement, WAS 8.5 Express that is shipped with IBM i. The passport
advantage folks are quite snippy about it if you call them too.

Yes, installation manger is installed. I have found after digging
through the Java dumps that it looks like it does not like the directory
the logs are in, and there is some issue with the repository.

I just don't get why this same file is used to successfully install in
four out of five partitions, but this one decides to give us grief.
