Ditto here. That was never intuitive to me; I've granted a lot of *RX authorities that I never really understood until today. Another reason to always read Scott's posts, regardless of the topic. :)

Thanks Scott! I have always put the authority of directories at *RX
because that made things work but I did not really know the X is needed
for the directory to show up in a path. Explains several mysteries
recently.
